Emily M. Brazon; 85; of Belle Vernon (Lynnwood); died Tuesday; July 8; 2008; in South Hills Health System; Jefferson Center; Pleasant Hills. She was born November 15; 1922; in Charleroi; a daughter of the late John Petrak and the late Anna Kristoff Petrak. She was a member of St. Joseph National Catholic Church in Belle Vernon (Fairhope). Surviving are two exceptionally devoted sons; Dr. David J. Brazon and Tami; of Belle Vernon; and Dr. Richard A. Brazon and wife Barbara; of Wilkes- Barre; sister; Ethel Zubritsky; of Monessen; and her four special grandchildren; Kristen; Stephen; Eric and Brian; all of whom were her pride and joy. She was preceded in death by her husband; Walter Brazon; on April 1; 1995; daughter; Barbara A. Brazon; on October 24; 1988; and three sisters; Helen; Marie and Anna. Friends will be received in the ELEY-McCRORY FUNERAL HOME INC.; 334 Main St.; Fayette City (724-326-5621); on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday; July 11; until 10 a.m.; when a blessing service will take place in the funeral home; followed by a 10:30 a.m. Funeral Mass in St. Joseph National Catholic Church with the Rev. Felix Pyzowski as celebrant. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
