Born Sept.2;1911;in Belle Vernon;she had been a resident of Belle Vernon until four years ago. Mrs.Tylosky was a member of the Church of the Nazarene;Belle Vernon;the Monessen and Charleroi Golden Age Club and the Monessen Senior Citizens Club. She was preceded in death by her husband;John in 1945. Surviving are a daughter;Mrs.Jay N.(Julia) Polkabla of Monessen;two brothers;John Braddock of Belle Vernon and Vaughn Braddock of Fredericktown;five sisters;Mrs.Robert (Elsie) Tintori;Mrs.Mary Riskey;and Mrs.Eugene (Mercy) Green;all of Belle Vernon;Mrs.Mildred Waiton of Pricedale and Mrs.John (Helen) McCormick of Morgantown;W.Va.;and two grandchildren. Friends will be received after 7 p.m.Monday and from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m.Tuesday at the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;Belle Vernon;where services will be held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m.with the pastor of the Church of the Nazarene;Belle Vernon;officiating.
