Emile Dawne Livi Morse, 71, of Montgomery Village, MD, formerly of Fayette City, died Monday, July 23, 2018. She was born December 7, 1946, a daughter of the late Emil A. and Mary (Wenzel) Livi. Emile was a retired Computer Scientist working for the National Institute of Standards and Technology. Surviving are her husband, Russell J. Morse; nieces and nephews, Mardy (CJ) Land, Diane (Joe) Lipski, Kara (Morgan) Lapham and Meghan Jones; great nieces and nephews, Jack, Sarah, Amanda, Andrew, Alyssa, Oliver and Jolene. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Mary Dee Jones, Semina Kay Livi and Angela Livi. Friends will be received on Thursday, August 23, 2018 from 6 to 8 p.m. in the James C.
