Emery Frank Plesko, 60, of Dunlevy, died peacefully at home with his family by his side on Monday, July 21, 2008. A son of Anna Yodie Plesko, who survives and resides in Dunlevy and the late Michael Plesko, he was born in N. Charleroi on November 25, 1947. Emery was a member of Mary, Mother of the Church Roman Catholic Church of Charleroi, was an avid hunter and was a U.S. Navy veteran. Survivors, in addition to his mother, include his loving wife of 39 years, Carol Moravec Plesko, one son and daughter-in-law, Chad and Sundeigh Plesko of Belle Vernon, one sister and brother-in-law, Rita Kathleen and Thomas Connor of Mapleview (Charleroi), one brother and sister-in-law, Michael and Victoria Plesko of Latrobe and two grandchildren, Hunter and Scout Plesko. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. Wednesday in the Ferguson Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc. (724-929-5300), 700 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon,www.FergusonFuneralHomeAndCrematory.com. Family and friends will gather in the funeral home Thursday at 12:15 P.M. and proceed to Mary, Mother of the Church for a 1 P.M. Funeral Mass with Rev. Bernard Kostello as celebrant.
