Elsie Mae Mascara, 105, of Davie, Florida, formerly of Belle Vernon, went to be with the Lord on Friday, November 23, 2018. A daughter of the late Philip Muir and Clara Strenske Hency Muir, she was born in Fairhope (Belle Vernon) on December 5, 1912. Elsie was a golfer and was on the bowling team and duplicate bridge team. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, William Philip Mascara and Victoria of Stockton, California, a daughter Beverly Jean Mascara of Davie, Florida, seven grandchildren, Georgette Jean Signorello, Amy Jo Moyles, Kim Venneri, Tammy Barron, W. Michael Mascara, Matthew H. Mascara and Timothy J. Mascara; 16 great grandchildren, and four great-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William J. Mascara on December 21, 1993, a brother William, three sisters, Elizabeth, Hilda and Phyllis and one great-grandson, Jeffrey Scott Lukas on January 7, 1967. There will be no public visitation. A memorial service will be held at the First Presbyterian Church in Belle Vernon on Saturday, April 27, 2019 at 11:00 AM.
