Elsie L.MacDonald;80;of 315 Sheppard Ave.;North Charleroi;died Thursday;June 26;1997;at 8:15 p.m.in Mon Valley Hospital.  She was born in Belle Vernon on July 24;1916;a daughter of the late Samuela nd Elizabeth Warbutton Morton.  Survivors include her husband;Tom MacDonald;one son and daughter-in-lw;James and Betty MacDonald of North Charleroi;three daughters and two sons-in-law;elizabeth and Patrick Kelly of Belle Vernon;Gloria Tomer of Royersford;Pa.;and lennie and William Pocky of belle Vernon;one brother;Robert Morton of Charleroi;two sisters;Vera Herron of Charleroi and Dolores Federer of belle Vernon;10 grandchildren and eight-grandchildren.  Friends will be received Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;where funeral services will be held Monday at 1 p.m.with the Rev.Steven J.Kelly;rector of St.Mary’s Episcopal Church;Charleroi;officiating.  Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  The Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.is in charge of the arrangements.
