Mrs. Eric Forsberg,nee Elsie Sadler,aged 49 years,368 Donner avenue,died Monday, Nov. 16,1953,at 5:15 p.m. The deceased had been a member of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church,and a member of the King's Daughters Class there. She had lived almost all her life in Monessen, and was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Monessen Volunteer Fire Department No. 1 and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Turners,Monessen. Surviving are her mother, Mrs. Mary Sadler of Monessen; her husband, Eric Forsberg; a son, Donald Eric of Monessen; a daugher, Mrs. Paul (Ruth) Hughes of Monessen; a brother, Mortimer Sadler of Lynnwood, Belle Vernon; four sisters, Mrs. Ethel Webb,Mrs. Harry Mason and Mrs. Joseph Novotne,all of Monessen,and Mrs. Ralph Miller of Columbus, Ohio and three grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Edwin F. Melenyzer Funeral Home,262 Donner avenue from 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Funeral services will be held Friday,Nov. 20,at 2 p.m. from the funeral home, with Rev. Alva Jordan,pastor of St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Edwin F. Melenyzer,funeral director.
