Obituary

Mrs.Elma D.Connoley,72,of West Newton R.D.1,died at her late home Monday,March 29,1965,at 9 p.m. after a lingering illness. Mrs.Connoley had lived in Webster 55 years before moving to West Newton eight years ago. She was a mamber of Webster Methodist Church,the Woman's Society of Christian Service of the church,Donora Chapter of the Order of Eastern Star No.94 and the Dames of Malta of Donora. Born Aug.29,1892,in Minersville,Ohio,she was the daughter of the late James and Elizabeth Mainwaring Price. Surviving are her husband,James H.,one son,J.Robert Connoley of Warren,Ohio,three daughters,Mrs.Stanley (Dorothy E.) Mazura of Riverhead,Long Island,N.Y.Mrs.Albert (Ruth) Gamble of Elizabeth R.D.3,and Mrs.Robert O.(Betty) Allen of Belle Vernon R.D.2,two brothers,Carl O.Price of Poland,Ohio,and J.Edward Price of Gibsonia,ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Lawson-Rabe Funeral Home,Donora,after 7 p.m. March 30. Service there Thursday,April 1,at 2 p.m. in charge of Dr.L.I.Snyder,pastor of Webster Methodist church,and the Rev.Hengust Robinson,pastor of Donora's First Methodist Church. Interment,Belle Vernon Cemetery. Lawson-Rabe Funeral Home in charge.
