Mrs.Ellen S.Davenport of 112 State street;Belle Vernon;died in the Charleroi-Monessen Hospital;Saturday March 14;1959;at 12:30 p.m. She was a member of the Methodist Church of Belle Vernon;Order of Eastern Star;Belle Vernon Chapter 196;and the Monongahela Valley White Shrine No.9. She is survived by her husband;Danny Davenport;one daughter;Carol at home;a brother;James D.Stark of Fayette City;two sisters;Mrs.Louise Evans of Belle Vernon;and Mrs.V.C.(Anna) McCracken of Scenery Hill. Friends will be received at the Toner Funeral Home during hours of 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Services will be held there Tuesday;March 17;at 2 p.m.;in charge of Rev.William Schatz;and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
