Funeral services were held Monday morning,July 4,1938 at 9:30 in the St. Sebastian Church for Mrs. Ellen Rennie, aged 74 years, who died Thursday afternoon, June 30, at the home of her daughter, Mrs.Marshall Nozier in Charleroi after an illness of several years. The body was removed to the home of another daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Nevins on Wood Street, Belle Vernon. Besides Mrs. Nozier and Mrs. Nevins, the deceased is survived by three other daughters, Mrs. Jesse Gulp of Gibsonton, Mrs. James Weight of Steubenville, Ohio, and Mrs.Mary Newman of Pittsburgh: five sons, Michael McNamara, Charleroi, James McNamara of Belle Vernon, Hugh Rennie of Steubenville, and Joseph Rennie, also of Steubenvillo. Eighteen grandchildren and one great-grandchild also survive. Interment was held in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
