Mrs. Elizabeth Snyder Bedsworth,wife of Frank Bedsworth of Belle Vernon,died Sunday, February 6,1938 at the family home,after a lingering illness. She had been a resident o Belle Vernon for the past 37 years,the family conducting a greenhouse there, near tht Belle Vernon cemetery. Surviving are her husband,Frank Bedsworth and four children, Mrs. Fay Ream of Belle Vernon,Leroy Bedsworth of Belle Vernon and Betty Jane and Donald,both at home. Three sisters,Mrs. Alice Cook of West View,Mrs. Emma Miller of Pittsburgh and Mrs. Pearl Mun of Belle Vernon,also survives along with two brothers,John W. Snyder of Pittsburgh and Ross Thifield of Lock Four. Funeral service will be held Tuesday evening,February 8 at the home at 7:30 0.clock. Rev. G. Meade Daugherty,pastor of the Methodist Church and Rev. Edwin G. Sloan,pastor of the Presbyterian Church of Belle Vernon will officiate. Private interment will be made Wednesday, February 9 at 10 o'clock in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
