Elizabeth Kovatch Trenk of 939 Washington Rd.;Lynnwood;Belle Vernon;died Saturday at 2:25 p.m.at her home. She was 79. Mrs.Trenk was born Dec.14;1902 in Fairhope;a daughter of Joseph and Mary Kovatch. She was preceded in death by her husband;Paul Trenk in 1973;and three sisters;Mary Potin;Ethel Miller and Bea Komora. A life-long resident of the Fairhope and Lynnwood communities;Mrs.Trenk was Presbyterian by faith. Survivors include four sons;Joseph of Lynnwood;William of Fairhope;Charles of Lynnwood and George of Fairhope;one brother and one sister;William Kovatch and Lena Sakalik;both of Fairhope;and nine grandchildren. Friends will be received in the Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday;Jan.26;at 1:30 p.m.in the funeral home with the Rev.Mary Howard;pastor of Marion Presbyterian Church in Fairhope;officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
