Elizabeth S. Girhing, 92, of Belle Vernon passed away Monday, November 23, 2015 in her home. A daughter of the late Andrew and Elizabeth Ferencz Girhing, she was born in Pricedale on May 1, 1923. A lifelong resident of Belle Vernon, she was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church. Survivors include one sister, Julia Matway of Charleroi, one brother-in-law, Laurence Gocella of New Castle, DE and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Margaret Gocella in 2007 and Emma Beneccio in 2009 and two brothers, Julius Girhiny in 2004 and Bernard Girhiny in 2012. Friends will be received from 11 A.M. to 1:30 P.M.
