Elizabeth R. Darker,86,of 716 Washington Rd.,Belle Vernon,died Monday morning, Oct. 14,1963 at 1:30 a.m. in Mercy Hospital,Pittsburgh. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Belle Venron. Surviving are one daughter,Mrs. Francis (Ethel) Hornbake of Belle Vernon;five grandchildren,Mrs. Francis (Betty) MCGuire of Belle Vernon,Marcella Hornbake,at home,George and Lawrence Hornbake of Belle Vernon and Robert Hornbake in Japan;nine great-grandchildren;and one sister,Mrs. William Carroll of Herminie. Friends are being received at the Toner Funeral Home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 10 p.m. Funeral services will be held from the funeral home Thursday,Oct.17,at 2 p.m. with the Rev. S. Arthur Talman of the First Presbyterian Church officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R.Toner,funeral director.
