Elizabeth M.Bell;85;of 304 Baltimore St.;Belle Vernon;died on Sunday;Jan.6;1991;at 12:30 p.m.in Mon Valley Hospital.  She was born on Jan.22;1905;in Presto;Allegheny County;a daughter of the late Nicholas and Rose Limbach Thieser.  Mrs.Bell was a lifelong resident of Belle Vernon and a member of the Belle Vernon American Legion Auxiliary.  In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by five brothers;Bernard;William;Joseph;Peter and George Thieser;and two sisters;Clara Vezzani and Nora Lowery.  Survivors include one daughter;Mrs.LLoyd (Betty M.) Lazzari;with whom she made her home;one sister;Rose Gaul of California;Pa.;two grandchildren;Robert L.Lazzari of Fellsburg and Lucinda Lazzari Pterson of Bettendorf;Iowa;and two great-grandchildren;Kristina M.and Robert J.Lazzari.  Friends will be received at the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;on Tuesday from noon to 1 p.m.;when services will be held;with the Rev.Michael Shepard;interim minister of First Presbyterian Church;Belle Vernon;officiating.  Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers;memorial contributions may be made to First Presbyterian Church;Belle Vernon;or the Belle Vernon Library.  Arrangements are being handled by the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.
