Obituary

Mrs.Elizabeth M.Hough,61,of 723 Fayette Road,Belle Vernon,died Friday,Dec.17,1976,at 4 a.m.in Charleroi Division of Mon Valley Hospital following a lingering illness. She was born Dec.1,1915,in Washington Twp.,Fayette County,a daughter of the late Oliver and Jemima Black Hough,and had resided in the Belle Vernon area her entire life. She was a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ,Latter Day Saints,of Fyette City. Surviving are her husband,William Barker Sr.,,two sons,William H.Barker Jr.and Albert David Barker,both of Wichita,Kans.,two granddaughters,three brothers,Wallace Hough of Tampa,Fla,Richard Hough of Perryopolis,R.D.and Oliver Hough of Poland,Ohio,three sisters,Mrs.Thomas (Dorothy) Morgan of Monongahela,Mrs.Samuel (Margaret) Russell of Perryopolis and Mrs.James (Kathleen) Davis of Belle Vernon. In addition to her parents,she was predeceased by a brother,James Hough. Friends will be received after 2 p.m. Saturday,Dec.18,in the Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home,334 Main St.,Fayette City,where services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday,Dec.20,with Patriarch Samuel Zonkers of Rootstown,Ohio,and Patriarch Clarence Winship of North Charleroi,both of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ,Latter Day Saints,officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Howard W.McCrory is funeral director in charge.
