Mrs. Elizabeth (Lizzie) Shrader, 80, formerly of Monessen, died Monday morning,Aug. 14,1972 at 2:30 a.m. in Brownsville General Hospital after an extended illness. Born in Connellsville, she was a Monessen resident for many years. She had resided at 319 Reed Ave. in Monessen. Her husband, Milton F. Shrader, preceded her in death 42 years ago. She was a charter member of Grace United Methodist Church, the former E.U.B. Church, of Monessen. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Ann Axton of Clarksburg, W. Va., and Mrs. John L. (Bertha) Meighen of Mt. Lebanon; and a.brother, H. R. Fenske of Weirton, W. Va. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Rhome Funeral Home,Monessen,where a service will be held Wednesday,Aug.16,at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Frank Bodnar,officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Rhome funeral directors.
