Elizabeth E. Schoch,85,of Elco died Saturday,Sept. 22,1990,in Mon Valley Hospital. She was born May,15,1905,in Charleroi,a daughter of the late George and Lois Watts Eason. Mrs. Schoch was employed in the former ice factory in North Charleroi. She had also been employed in the First National Bank of Charleroi. Last week she retired,after 20 years of service,as the secretary of Elco Borough Council. In addition of her parents,she was preceded in death by her husband,Carl Nicholas Schoch in January of 1966;and a brother, Edwin Eason. She is survived by two sons, Glenn W. Schoch and Alan C. Schoch,both of Roscoe;two grandsons, Jeffrey Schoch of Antioch, Calif.,and Bryan Schoch of Pittsburgh;two grandaughters, Yvonne Schoch Stack of Laughlintown and Natalie Schoch of Cranberrry Township; two great-grandchildren,Whitney and Alison;and a niece,Arlene Grede of Scottsboro,Ala. Friends will be received at the Ed Melenyzer Funeral Homes Inc.,1008 Furlong Ave.,Roscoe,Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home with the Rev. Barbara Ratusnik,pastor of the Presbyterian Church of Rosce,officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Ed Melenyzer Funeral Homes Inc.,of Roscoe is in charge of the arrangements.
