Elizabeth Betty Murt of 214 Marine St.;Fairhope;Belle Vernon;died Wednesday;July 10;1985;at 3:40 a.m. in Mercy Hospital;Pittsburgh;following a lengthy illness. She was 57. Mrs.Murt was born Nov.26;1927;in Pricedale;a daughter of the late Andrew and Julia Husonyicza Bradish. She was a member of St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church and the Goldenagers;both of Belle Vernon. Before retiring;Mrs.Murt had been self-employed as the former owner of Belmar Nursery in Fairhope. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband;Joseph E.Murt;Oct.14;1981. Survivors include two sons;Joseph R.Murt of Fairhope;Belle Vernon;and William D.Murt at home;three daughters;Mrs.Gary (Linda) Skibo of Fayette City;Mrs.Norman (Carol) Valo of East Millsboro and Mrs.Robert (Pamela) Hill of Belle Vernon;five grandchildren;three brothers;William Bradish of Pricedale;James Bradish of Morrisville and Raymond Bradish of Belle Vernon;and three sisters;Mrs.Margaret Sommers and Mrs.Jay Semancik;both of Belle Vernon;and Mrs.Helen Stagi of Philadelphia. Friends will be received Thursday and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home;Fayette City;where a blessing service will be held Saturday;July 13;at 9:30 a.m.;followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St.Sebastian R.C.Church;Belle Vernon. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. A wake service will be held Friday at 7 p.m. in the funeral home. The Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
