On Monday, November 9, 2015, Elizabeth A. (BettyAnne) Newlon, age 79, of Avalon, daughter of the late William and Ellen (Nevins) Newlon; mother of the late Mary Anne (Bilec) Drakulic; mother-in-law of David Drakulic of Sterling, VA; niece of the late Margaret Nevins; survived by cousins and many close friends. BettyAnne worked for many years in the Temporary/Permanent placement industry. She opened her own Personnel firm in the mid 1980's and retired from Alcosan in 1994. Friends received Thursday morning from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at the Lawrence T. Miller Funeral Home, Inc. 460 Lincoln Avenue, Bellevue to be followed by a Mass of Christian Burial celebrated in the Church of the Assumption on Thursday at 11 a.m. Interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials suggested to Vincentian Home, 111 Perrymont Road, Pgh, PA 15237.
