Eleanor Reiger; 86; of Rostraver Township; went to be with the Lord on Monday; Oct. 11; 2010; in Kenric Manor; Donora. A daughter of the late John and Adele Rousseau Deter; she was born in Webster on Aug. 25; 1924. Eleanor was a member of the First Christian Church; the Eastern Star; Chapter 205; both of Monessen; the Mon Valley Nurses Association; the Rostraver AARP and the McKeesport Nurses Alumni Association. A lifelong resident of Rostraver Township; she had been a registered nurse at the former Charleroi-Monessen Hospital and retired in 1988 from Mon Valley Hospital with 25 years total service. She is survived by her son; Edward Reiger; of Rostraver Township. In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by a daughter; Kathleen Reiger; in 1957; and a sister; Marjorie Jones; in 1989.
