Eleanor A.Mason;74;of 311 Center St.;Belle Vernon;died Saturday;June 25;1994;at 2:15 p.m.at her home. She was born in Belle Vernon;Dec.31;1919;a daughter of the late Dalton and Emily White Hilty. Mrs.Mason was a member of the Nazrene Church of Belle Vernon. She was a life-long resident of Belle Vernon. She is survived by her husband;Lowman D.Mason;one son;Robert L.and wife;Judy Mason;of Belle Vernon;four daughters;Mrs.Harry (Emily) Griest of Belle Vernon;Janice Garletts of Mt.Pleasantt;Diane Angel of Belle Vernon and Rebecca Pezzelle of Belle Vernon;one brother;Wilard Hilty of Monongahela;two sisters;Mildred Bainbridge of Melcroft;Pa.;and Thelma Bainbridge of the state of Louisiana;six grandchildren;Robin Betham;Robert Mason Jr.;Kurt Watts;Natalie Paille;Marcie Garletts and Jason Garletts;and six great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by a sister;Harriet Bainbridge in 1993;and a granddaughter;Jenny Cipley in 1992. Friends will be received in the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home Tuesday at 11 a.m.with the Rev.Charles A.Kohr of the Nazarene Church of Belle Vernon;officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.is in charge of the arrangements.
