Mr.Margie was born Aug.22;1924;in Perry Township;a son of the late Michael and Julia Yenchik Margie. He was a member of St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church;Belle Vernon. A Belle Vernon resident most of his lfe;he retired in 1984 from the Peoples Natural Gas Company. Survivors include his wife;Sara Louise Greco Margie;two sons;Edward Margie Jr.of Union City and Michael A.Margie of Belle Vernon;two brothers;Richard Margie of Brownstown and Raymond Margie of Wyano;three sisters;Mrs.Alick (Margaret) Kovach of Perryopolis;Mrs.Carl (Emma) Nalepa of Cleveland;Ohio;and Mrs.Clayton (Eleanor) Beaumont of Cortland;Ohio;and six grandchildren. Friends will be received Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon. Prayer services will be held in the funeral home Friday at 9:30 a.m.;followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church;Belle Vernon.
