Obituary

Edward J. Billion,45,of 612 Maple Ave.,Charleroi,died in Monongahela Memorial Hospial Wednesday,Aug. 12,1969 at 4:55 p.m. Born in Charleoi,he was a son of Jules Billion and the late Hilda Mae Reid Billion. Mr. Billion was a member of the First Christian Church,Charleroi,and Charleroi Auxiliary Police.  He served in the U.S.Navy during World War II and was employed in the Allenport Works of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.Surviving are his widow,Isabelle Morgan Billion;two sons,Edward T. of Los Angeles,Calif.,and Charles R.of Charleoi;two daughters,Mrs. Regis (Rosalie) Carroll of Charleroi and Mrs. William (Isabel) Dwyer of Perryopolis R.D.2;his father,Jules of Providence,R.I. and eight grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Harold L. Schrock Funeral Home,Charleroi frrom 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Service there Saturday,Aug. 16,at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. Norman C. Hunt,pastor of Christian Church in California,Pa.,officiating.  Interment,Belle Vernon Cemetery.  Harold L. Schrock is funeral director.
