Funeral services were held Thursday morning, Nov. 19,1987 for Edward Francis Reska Sr. of Coal Center R.D.1,who died Monday, Nov. 16,1987,at 9:55 a.m. at his home. He was 63. Mr. Reska was born July 15,1924,in Monessen,a son of the late Alex and Mary Taradina Reska. He was a member of St. Jerome Roman Catholic Church,Charleroi. Mr. Reska was retired from North American Phillips, Washingotn, Pa. Survivors include his wife, Irene Michaloski Reska;a son, Edward F. Reska of Owego,N.Y.; a daughter, Claire Reska Kolick of Long Branch; a brother, Walter Reska of West Newton and two sisters, Cecilia Reska of Washington,Pa and Stella Grilli of Charleroi. In addiiton to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Frank Reska. Services were held at 10 a.m. in St. Jerome Church,followed by burial in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Leonard M Pavlic Funeral Home,235 Fallowfield Ave.,Charleroi,was in charge of arrangements.
