Obituary
Edward Drew,aged 57 years,526 Washington avenue (rear),Charleoi,died Monday,Sept. 15,1952,at 4:25 a.m. in Charleroi-Monessen hospital. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Alberta Drew;two sons, Clarence,of Carlisle and Cpl. Charles,with the U.S.Army,stationed in Germany;three daughters, Mrs. Mary Katherine Johnson and Mrs. Romayne Davis, both of Carlisle,and Mrs. Dolores Haynes, at home;three sisters, Mrs. Rosabelle Harvey,of Youngstown,Ohio,Mrs. Lucille Woods,of Cleveland,Ohio and Mrs. Edith Payne,of Charleroi;a brother,Russell Stone,of Charleroi and 10 grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Draper Funeral Home,Sixth street,where funeral services will be held in the chapel,Thursday,Sept. 18 at 11 a.m.,with Rev. J.O. Neal officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Beverly C. Draper,funeral director.
