Edward Byron,74,died Wednesday, March 4,1964 at 11:30 a.m. at the home of his son, Leonard,920 Henry St.,Belle Vernon after a long illness. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Hazel Mentch Byron; three daughters, Mrs. John (Lenora) Griffith and Mrs. Gerald (Lita) Stormer,both of Ebensburg and Mrs. Charlers (Verna) Blatchford of Monessen; two sons, Leonard of Belle Vernon and Warren of Charleroi and 21 grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Harold R. Toner Funeral Home,Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,from 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Funeral services will be held from the funeral home on Saturday,March 7,at 2 p.m.,with the Rev. Michael T. Hulihan,pastor of First Baptist Church,Belle Vernon officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R.Toner,funeral director.
