Obituary

Edward Bialon,72,of Fourth Street Extension,Monongahela,died unexpectedly on Thursday, Sept. 12,1996,in his home.  He was born Feb. 27,1924,in Fairhope,a son of Frank A. and Victoria Belczyk Bialon. He was the owner of Ffranklin Dairy in Belle Vernon for many years.  He was later employed by Maple Creek Mines as a coal miner in Monongahela,and was a member of the United Mine Workers. He served in the Merchant Marines during World War II. Survivors include one son, Edward Lynn Bialon of St. Louis,Mo.;one daughter, Kathy France of Florida;one brother, George Bialon of Belle Vernon;two sisters, Frances J. Zajack of Washington,Pa.and Helen Kokoska of Daisytown,six grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one brother, Frank Bialon and one sister, Anna Sadowski. Friends will be received Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Warco Funeral Home,Inc.,Wilson at East Katherine Avenue, Washngton,where funeral services will be held Monday at 9 a.m. with the Rev. Dorothy Chamberlain,officiating.  Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.  S. Timothy Warco, director, is in charge of the arrangements.
