Edward Peanie Francia of Belle Vernon R.D.1 died Wednesday;May 7;1986;at 6:30 p.m.in Mon Valley Hospital. He was 59. Mr.Francia was born April 8;1927;in Monessen;a son of the late Frank and Angeline Mandarino Francia. He was a former partner in the Francia Trucking Company;Monessen. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers;Arthur;Feb.23;1975;Vincent;Nov.6;1985 and Henry. Survivors include his wife Mary Lou Francia;three sons;Frank and Edward Francis;both of Monessen;and David Francia of Belle Vernon R.D.1;three daughters;Mrs.Richard (Kathi) Schwartz and another daughter;both of Belle Vernon;and Vicky Lynn Francia of Monessen;ten grandchildren;four sisters;Mrs.Steve (Lucy) Owsiany of Dayton;Ohio;Mrs;John (Mary) Luti of Anaheim;Calif.;and Mrs.Anthony (Henrietta) Gido and Joan Francia;both of Monessen;and three stepsons;Andrew;James and David Lee Caudill. Friends will be received Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Raymond D.Dalfonso Funeral Home;441 Reed Ave.;Monessen;where a blessing service will be held Saturday;May 10;at 9 a.m.followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m.in St.Cajetan Roman Catholic Church;Monessen;with the Rev.Msgr.P.Lino Ramellini;pastor;as celebrant. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. A prayer service will be held Friday at 8 p.m.in the funeral home. The Raymond D.Dalfonso Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
