He was born in Belle Vernon Feb.6;1937. Mr.Melnick was a member of St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church;Belle Vernon. Surviving are his parents;Mr.and Mrs.Walter A.Melnick of Belle Vernon;with whom he made his home;a brother;Walter of Belle Vernon;one sister;Ruth Marie at home;his maternal grandmother;Mrs.Julia Bachinski of Belle Vernon. Friends will be received at the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;Belle Vernon and interment will be on Wednesday;Feb.7;1968 in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
