Edna P.McCulley;76;of 513 Henry St.;Belle Vernon;died Sunday;April 4;1976;at 11:40 a.m.in Charleroi Division of Mon Valley Hospital. She was born in Chest Twp.;Clearfield County;on Sept.9;1899;daughter of the late Harvey H.and Alice Smouse McCulley;and had resided in Belle Vernon since 1916. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Belle Vernon and the Woman’s Benefit Association. Surviving are one brother;David C.McCulley of Belle Vernon;with whom she resided;a sister;Mrs.Zilla Truax of New Kensington R.D.1;two nephews and three nieces;David E.Truax of Mt.Lebanon;Chester N.Truax Jr.of Alexandria;Va.;Harriet L.Truax and Winifred M.Truax;both of New Kensington;and Edna Jane Truax of Washington;D.C. A niece;Stella Truax;is deceased. Friends will be received at the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;Belle Vernon;from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.Tuesday. Services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 11 a.m.with Pastor R.Dawson Hopson of the First United Methodist Church;Belle Vernon;officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
