Private services were held Monday,June 5,1989 for Eclar W. DeGrange,75,of Braddock Ave., Monessen,who died Sunday,June 4,1989,at 7:10 a.m. in Haven Crest Inc.,Carroll Township. He was born July 21,1913,in Monessen. He was a member of the Third Street Polish Club and the Slovak Home,both of Monessen. He was retired from the Monessen Plant,Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. Survivors include three sons,William E. DeGrange of Charleston,W.Va.,James R. DeGrange of McKees Rocks and John P. DeGrange of Richmond,Va.;two sisters, Betty Bowen of Cleveland and Thelma Bloom of Donora;one brother,William DeGrange of Monessen;two stepdaughters,Anna Jean Spencer and Joanne Cheatham,both of Monessen;one step-grandson,Tyrone Cheahtam,serving with the U.S. Air Force in Arizona;and a special friend,Anna Mae.
