Born in Belle Vernon;Oct.24;1903;Mr.Neil had been a lifelong resident of the Belle Vernon area. A member of First Methodist Church;Belle Vernon;he was employed at the Monessen Page Division of American Chain and Cable Co. Surviving are his widow;Josephine Flora Neil;a son;Earl H.;Belle Vernon;two sisters;Mrs.Pete (Lorena) Godissart;Belle Vernon and Mrs.Selley (Margaret) Acre of Smithport and four grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;Belle Vernon;after 7 p.m.;Friday;July 2. Services will be held Monday;July 5;1965;at 1:30 p.m.from the funeral home with the Rev.J.David Barkley;pastor of First Methodist Church;Belle Vernon;officiating.
