Douglas Jacob Peters Jr.,20,of Rostraver Township,died Monday, Oct. 19,1998,in Mon Valley Hosptial. He was born Feb. 7,1978,in North Charleroi,a son of Douglas J. and Mary Jane Fettara Peters of Rostraver Township. He was a 1997 graduate of Belle Vernon Area High School. He worked in constructon and lawn service. He was a member of the Christian Missionary Alliance Church in Fayette City. Survivors, in addition to his parents, include two sisters, Sheryl Ann Peters and Suzanne Peters, both of Rostraver Township;his maternal grandparents, Gino and Shirley Ferrara of Fayette City;and his paternal grandfather, Jacob Peters of Rostraver Township. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Ann Peters. Friends will be received Wednesday from 4 to 10 p.m. in the James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc.,580 Circle Dr.,Sweeney Plan/ Rostraver Township,where funeral services will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. with the Rev. James F. Moffett,pastor of the Christian Missionary Alliance Church, officiating. Burial will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery. The James C. Stump Funeral Home Inc. is in charge of the arrangements.
