Mrs. Dorothy Peth,aged 49 years, wife of Colonal John C. Peth,died Friday morning, Oct. 8,1948 at 5:15 at her home, 104 Jean street, Belle Vernon, following a lingering illness. Her husband, two sons,John Jr. and Charles F. survive, along with two sisters, Mrs. Joseph Petrie of McKeesport and Mrs. William H. Keller of Weirton, W.Va.,and two brothers, Joseph Y. Suplee of Franklinville,N.J. and Irwin S. Suplee of Innegram,Pa. Friends are being received at the Toner Funeral Home,where services will be held Sunday afternoon,October 10 at 3:30 p.m. with Rev. George Kress, of the Belle Vernon Presbyterian Church,officiating. Interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R.Toner, funeral director.
