died Sunday; May 3; 1998; at
3:55 a.m. in Jefferson Hospital.
Born Feb. 27; 1931;in Monessen; she was a daughter of the
late Nick and Mary Yaslik
Sweda.
For the past 35 years she had
been a resident of Belle Vernon;
where she was a member of St.
Sebastian Roman Catholic
Church.
Survivors include her husband;William Frederick; two
sons and a daughter-in-law;
William and Terry Frederick Jr.
of Belle Vernon and Daniel Frederick of Coraopolis; one
daughter; Maria Frederick of
Pittsburgh; two brothers; Steve
Sweda of Garden City; Mich.;
and Nick Sweda of Carroll
Township and two grandchildren; Jordan and Jared
Frederick.
In addition to her parents;
she was preceded in death by a
brother; Mike Sweda; and a sister; Lorraine Kernisky.
Friends will be received Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Leonard J. Parzynski Funeral Home;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;where a Prayer service will be held Wednesday at 9:30 a.m.;followed by Funeral Mass at 10 a.m.in St.Sebastian R.C.Church;Belle Vernon. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Legion of Mary will recite the Rosary at 3 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home. Belle Vernon Knight of Columbus Council 3026 will conduct a service Tuesday at 7 p.m.in the funeral home. The Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
