Dorothy Winnett Bell;81;of Monessen;died Friday;April 4;1975;at 8:30 a.m. in Presbyterian Hospital;Dallas;Texas. Born July 7;1893;in Rostraver Twp.;she was a daughter of the late Gibson and Mary Luce Winnett. She was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church;Monessen. Mrs.Bell was preceded in death by her husband;William J.;in August of 1968. Surviving are one brother;Russell Winnett of Hartville;Ohio;two grandsons;Richard B.Bell of Dallas;Tex.;and William L.Bell of Dallas;Tex.;five great-grandchildren;and a daughter-in-law;Mrs.Martha B.Bell of Pittsburgh. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Sunday at the Ed Melenyzer Funeral Home;262 Donner Ave.;Monessen;where services will be held on Monday at 10 a.m. with the Rev.Douglas M.Kierstead of Monongahela officiating.
