Dorothy A. Labrasca Carrozza; 91; of North Belle Vernon; died Monday; Feb. 10; 2014; at 12:08 p.m. at LaFayette Manor; Uniontown. Born Aug. 25; 1922; in Chicago; Ill.; she was the daughter of the late Andy and Rose Russo Labrasca. A resident of North Belle Vernon; Mrs. Carrozza was a member of St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church; owned and operated the former Villa Nova; Monessen; was a member of the former St. Sebastian Legion of Mary; the former Ladies Guild; former member of the Catholic Daughters of the Americas; Belle Vernon Court 1522; former member of Belle Vernon American Legion Post 659 Ladies Auxiliary; helped deliver meals on wheels and was a member of the Good Sam’s Camping Club. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law; Peter P. and Beth Carrozza of Mount Dora; Fla.; two daughters and sons-in-law; Rosemary and Kenneth White of Normalville; and Angela and Robert Bernardo of Columbia; S.C.; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; Peter P. Carrozza Sr. on Aug. 17; 2010; two brothers; Russell Labrasca and Michael Labrasca; and a sister; Angeline Tretter. Prayer service will be held at 9:30 a.m. Thursday in the funeral home followed by funeral Mass at 10 a.m. at St. Sebastian Roman Catholic Church with the Rev. Msgr. Roger A.
