Doris R.Marshall;72;of California;Pa.;died Tuesday;Feb.19;1991;at 6:20 p.m.in Presbyterian University Hospital;Pittsburgh. Born Feb.5;1919;in Rostraver Township;she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Clothilde Joris Rousseau. Mrs.Marshall had been a resident of California since 1959;having formerly resided in Pittsburgh and Rostraver Township. A graduate of Rostraver High School and California University of Pennsylvania;she taught school in the Rostraver and Belle Vernon Area school districts from 1961 to 1981. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by three brothers and two sisters. Surviving are her husband;Schuyler C.Marshall;one son;Carl E.Marshall of Pittsburgh;one daughter;Mrs.David (Alice) Cook of Glen Dale;W.Va.;four grandchildren;one brother;Gene Rousseau of Mt.Vernon;Ohio;and three sisters;Ora Sherwin and Eva Knuttila;both of Belle Vernon R.D.and Marie McDonald of State College. Friends will be received Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.;700 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;where services will be held Friday at 1 p.m.;with the Rev.Stanley A.Burdock of Christ Episcopal Church;Brownsville;officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by the Ferguson Funeral Home Inc.
