Doris A.Wright;80;of Brooklyn;N.Y.;formerly of Monongahela;died Sunday;March 11;2001. She was born May 20;1920;in Pricedale;a daughter of the late Cecil and Ida Wheeler Ross. She was a member of the Bethel A.M.E.Church;Monongahela. For many years;she worked diligently with her husband as owners and managers of Wright’s Bar on Main Street in Monongahela. Survivors include three daughters;Dorothy E.Wright of Brooklyn;N.Y.;Debra A.Wright of Brooklyn;N.Y.;and Danielle I.Wright of Chicago;Ill.;one sister;Dorothy A.Ross of Pittsburgh;one granddaughter;Dawn Jackson of Brooklyn;N.Y.;and one great-grandson;Daniel A.Davila of Brooklyn;N.Y. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by her husband;Daniel Wright in 1994. Friends will be received Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Bethel A.M.E.Church;Monongahela;where services will be held Friday at 11 a.m.with the Rev.Donald Clisby officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
