Mrs.Dorcas A.Smock;age 90 years;of Speers;died at her home Wednesday;February 2;1944;at 11:50 p.m. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Belle Vernon;and is survived by one brother;Van Price of Homestead;two nieces;Mrs.Elsie Ream at home and Mrs.Della Halstead of Charleroi;and one nephew;Harry E.Price;also of Charleroi.

Obituary

Mrs.Dorcas A.Smock,age 90 years,of Speers,died at her home Wednesday,February 2,1944,at 11:50 p.m. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Belle Vernon,and is survived by one brother,Van Price of Homestead,two nieces,Mrs.Elsie Ream at home and Mrs.Della Halstead of Charleroi,and one nephew,Harry E.Price,also of Charleroi. Friends will be received at the Toner Funeral Home and services will be held there Sunday,February 6,1944,at 2:30 p.m.  Rev. J.W. Klages will have charge of services and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  Harold R.Toner is the funeral director.
