Dora Belle Gillen, aged 79 years died Sunday, June 4th,1939 at 12:10 p. m at her home 115 Pearl street, Belle Vernon, following a three weeks' illness. Mrs. Gillen was born and reared in Belle Vernon. Surviving are a son George, at home, six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, Friends will be received at the home until 2 p. m. Wednesday, June 7 when funeral services will be held with Rev. G. Meade Daugherty, pastor of the Methodist Church of Belle Vernon, officiating. Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
