Donna M.Stephens;77;of R.D.1 (Gillespie);Fayette City;died Saturday;July 30;1994;at 8:27 a.m.in Washington Hospital;following a lengthy illness. She was born May 6;1917;in Fayette City;a daughter of the late Ellsworth Herbert and Alethea Briner Johnson. She was a member of the Fayette City United Presbyterian Church. Survivors include two brothers;Willis Johnson of Fayette City R.D.and E.H.(Jake) Johnson of Stockdale;and one sister;Florence L.Highfield of Fayette City. In addition to her parents;she was preceded in death by her husband;Bruce Stephens in 1978;one sister;Virginia Hough in 1930;and one brother;Eugene Johnson in 1989. Friends will be received Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home;Fayette City;and Tuesday until 1 p.m.;when funeral services will be held with the Rev.Michael Shepard of the Fayette City United Presbyterian Church officiating. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery;Belle Vernon. The Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
