Donna M.Frankie Forbeck;54;of 392 Jones St.;Belle Vernon;died Monday;Jan.2;1995;at 10:15 p.m.in her home. She was born Feb.6;1940;in North Charleroi;a daughter of the late Arnold and Alice Salvino Frankie. She was a lifelong resident of the Belle Vernon area. She was a member of St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church;Belle Vernon. She was employed as a registered nurse in the emergency room of Mon Valley Hospital. She was also a member of the Nurses Alumni Association of McKeesport Hospital;where she had graduated from nursing school. Survivors include her husband;Lawrence (Butch) Forbeck;to whom she had been married for 29 years;and one son and daughter-in-law;Lance and Dawn Forbeck of Bowie;Md;one son;Erik Forbeck;at home;one daughter;Cherie A.Forbeck;at home;two brothers;Arnold J.Frankie of Bentleyville and Dennis J.Frankie of Belle Vernon;and two grandchildren;Riana Forbeck and Collin Forbeck. Friends will be received Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Leonard J.Parzynski Funeral Home;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon. A prayer service will be held Thursday at 9:30 a.m.in the funeral home;followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m.in St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church;Belle Vernon. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Members of the North Belle Vernon Fire Department will pay their respects Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.in the funeral home.The famly suggests contributions in memory of Donna M.Forbeck be made to St.Sebastian Parochial School.
