Mercy Hospital; Pittsburgh;
after a short illness.
Born in North Charleroi on
March 9;1931; she had resided
in Monessen the past 28 years.
Mrs. Somers was a member
of St. Leonard Catholic
Church; Monessen; and the
Defense Club of Belle Vernon.
She is survived by her
husband; John Somers; a
daughter; Mrs. John
(Armida) Dora of Virginia
Beach; Va.; and her parents;
Mr. and Mrs. James Houston of
North Charieroi.
Friends will be received at
the Rhome Funeral Home;
Inc.; 1209 Grand Blvd.;
Monessen; from 7 to 9 p.m.Monday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.Tuesday. Blessing services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m.;followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m.in St.Leonard Catholic Church;Monessen;with the Rev.Henry P.Dinicco;pastor;as celebrant.
