Born March 5;1951;in North Charleroi;he was the son of the late Donald A.Grant and Betty Doyle Grant of North Charleroi;who survives. Mr.Grant was a graduate of Charleroi Area High School with the Class of 1969. He was Protestant by faith and had been employed at the Martins Ferry;W.Va.;plant of Wheeling-Pittsburh Steel Corp. He was a member of the Belgium Club;American Legion Post 22;Russian Club and Italia Unita Club;all of Charleroi;and the Slovak Citizens Club of North Charleroi. In addition to his mother;he is survived by a daughter;Tricia Grant of Charleroi;two sisters;Mrs.Paul (Linda) Hazuka of Carroll Township and Jane Grant of Jacksonville;Fla.;and a nephew;Jeffrey Hazuka of Carroll Township. Friends will be received Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.in the Schrock-Hogan Funeral Home Inc.;226 Fallowfield Ave.;Charleroi;where services will be held Thursday at 11:30 a.m.;with Pastor Scott Bryte of Christ Lutheran Church;Charleroi;officiating.
