Donald Joseph Dolnack; 60; of Herndon; Va.; died Thursday; Nov. 20; 2003; in his residence following a declining illness. He was born in Pittsburgh on Nov. 8; 1943; a son of the late Joseph Dolnack and Agnes Opett Dolnack; who survives and resides in Donora. He retired with 38 years of services as a computer analyst for the U.S. Geological Society. He was a member of St. Josephs Roman Catholic Church of Herndon; Va. Mr. Dolnack was very active with the Boy Scouts of America; serving as assistant scout master; merit badge counselor; committee chairman and adult leadership training. He was also a member of the M.G. Card Club. Besides his father; he was preceded in death by two sons; David and Stephen. Surviving; in addition to his mother; are his wife of 34 years; Joan Povich Dolnack; one son; Gregory Dolnack of Silver Spring; Md.; a sister and brother-in-law; Patricia and Charles White of Manassas; Va.; two nieces; and five nephews. Friends will be received in the ROBERT A. BILLICK FUNERAL HOME INC.; Grand Boulevard and Marion Avenue; Monessen on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A blessing service will be held on Monday at 9:30 a.m. in the funeral home; followed by a 10 a.m. funeral Mass in Epiphany of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church; Monessen. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
