Donald Hammond,aged 56 years,941 Lookout avenue,Monessen,died Saturday,Feb. 20,1954 at 8:50 p.m. at his late home. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Flossie Hammond;a brother,Jesse,of Philadelphia;a sister,Mrs. Sarah Moore,of Pittsburgh;two children,Floyd Lennon,of Philadelphia and Mary Lennon,at home and six grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the Draper Funeral Home,Sixth street,between the hours of 1 and 5 and 7 and 10 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted from the funeral home on Wednesday,Feb. 24,at 11 a.m.,with Rev. Boyd Hinton officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Beverly C.Draper,funeral director.
