Dominick Dellamalva;64;of 232 E.Schoonmaker Ave.;Monessen;died suddenly of a heart attack on Saturday May 7;1960;at 11:15 p.m. at home. Born in Foggia;Italy;May 23;1895;Mr.Dellamalva came to Monessen on 1909. He had been employed at the Monessen Page Division of the American Chain & Cable Co.for the past 38 years and at the time of his death was a foreman in the fence department. He was a charter member of the Italian Society of Mutual Aid;Monessen and a member of Italo-American Workmen’s Educational Association;Monessen. He was a U.S.Army veteran of World War I.Surviving are his wife;Yvonne Michaux Dellamalva;sons;Frank N.of Monessen and Henry D.of Monessen;daughter;Dorothy L.Dellamalva at home;two sisters in Italy;five grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Melenyzer Funeral Home;262 Donner Ave.;Monessen;from 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Blessing services will be held Wednesday;May 11;at 10 a.m. from the funeral home.
