Obituary

Nnew Castle resident Dolores V.Reiter,78,died the night of March 13,2000,in Vencor Hospital,Oakdale,Pa.  Born Aug.11,1921,she was a daughter of the late William S.and Frances Columbus Hohenberger.  A registered nurse who worked in Pittsburgh hospitals,she was a graduate of Brownsville School of Nursing.  Mrs.Reiter belonged to Independent Methodist Church.  Survivors include two daughters,Martia Shahnazi of New Castle and Debbie Krupa of Troy,Ohio;one son,Jeffrey Reiter of Chesterfield,Mo.;and three grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by one brother,Sheldon Hohenberger.  There are no calling hours.  A memorial service will be conducted at 3 p.m.Sunday at Independent Methodist Church.  The Rev.Frederick Gilbert will officiate.  Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.  Memorial contributions ma be made to Independent Methodist Church.  Arrangements are by Ed and Don DeCarlo Funeral Home,3000 Wilmington Road.
